BALTIC BROWN GRANITE
The medium-grain brown base of Baltic
Brown Granite enchants with shades
ranging from light brown to coffee. As
it lacks binding veins, it can be used on
expansive outdoor surfaces.
One of the fundamental principles of POINTILLISM is the
conception of colour: no longer mixed by the artist on the
palette but juxtaposed with small brushstrokes directly on
the canvas. A precursor to pixels, nature's pointillism on
granite is almost stereographic, captivating the observer's
gaze with a serial texture. Quartz, feldspar, and silicates
amalgamated in intrusive igneous rock create almost
hypnotic chromatic textures and patterns.
