choose to refer to us when seeking out quality and precision: this is what we commit to offer in every project. From the cost estimate stage to the development and finishing phase in the workshop.
What type of cuts can be performed? To cut our products, we use two numerical control 5-axes machining centres. Both allow for cuts of all sorts, drilling, lowering, incisions and profiling. Each machine has its own specific peculiarity: the DV1100 model features an automatic-change tool bank, meaning that the tools do not need to be manually swapped by the operator during the various processing stages. The SPRINTER 825 TWIN model, on the other hand, uses two worktops, which alternate between the cutting area and the loading/unloading area, thus allowing the operator to perform unloading, loading and programming operations on one worktop, while the machine is simultaneously working on the other. These characteristics have allowed us to cut our production times.
What type of objects can be produced? In our workshop, we mostly produce stairs, floors, kitchen and bathroom tops, but we also offer solid sinks, shower trays, incisions, vases and many other products used in the architectural and furnishing sectors.
Who are the clients seeking such precise and customised processing? We mostly deal with other companies in our sector, but we also serve private subjects who may, for example, need a new kitchen top or to replace an antiquated floor. We are always open to new challenges, and indeed complex projects are the ones that push us to always give our very best.
The cut-to-size service is well suited for all the materials in our warehouse, from marble and granite to quartzite and onyx.
